Returns
We have a no returns policy, which means that all purchases are final. Due to the limited nature of our merch drops, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please double-check your size, order details, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damages and issues 
We want to make sure you’re thrilled with your order! If something isn't right, here’s what to do:

  1. Check Your Email
    Once your order is delivered, you’ll get an email asking you to rate your experience. This email includes details about your order and a link to review or report any issues with your items.

  2. Report a Problem
    If there's a problem (e.g., damaged or missing items), click the "Report a problem" button in the email. You’ll be taken to a page where you can select the item in question, describe the issue, and upload photos.

  3. Investigation & Resolution
    Once you submit your report, we’ll be notified and begin investigating the issue. If a reprint or refund is needed, we’ll keep you updated and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  4. Reorder & Tracking
    If your order qualifies for a reorder, we’ll send you a replacement and provide tracking details. You’ll also be able to check the status of your reorder through your order page.

  5. Prefer to Contact Us Directly?
    No problem! If you didn’t get the follow-up email or prefer to reach out directly, you can contact us at hello@dailydinoguy.com. We can provide you with a direct link to submit your order issue for faster handling.
